How to Remove a Profile Owner Or Change Facebook Roles
There is a big difference between being a Facebook page owner vs an admin. Many people use Facebook purely as a social networking site and do not take it much more seriously than that. Others use Facebook as an extension of their real-world business, and they have to be more serious about the business side of things. So who is the better person to ask if you want to change the Facebook password? Well, the answer depends on what your intentions are.
Facebook page owners are typically responsible for all the changes that their pages make to the privacy settings. Therefore, they can make any type of change they want and the only one who can stop them is the person who has appointed the admin roles for their profile. On the flip side, Facebook administrators are often only given the power to change page settings by a team of trusted administrators. If a single administrator wants to make a change, they need to appoint someone else to make the change before they can go ahead and change the settings.

So who’s going to make the change? Facebook admin groups typically consist of ten members with each group having the power to change nearly all the different settings on the site. Therefore, the first group, the administrator, will have the most influence on the pages that his or her group oversees. Additionally, they are the ones who will have the most access to the internal help documentation and system settings that are meant to be only accessible by the actual page owner.
However, the ultimate decision is always left up to the individual Facebook user. Each person can choose who owns their page and what kind of relationship they want to have with the Facebook staff. They can either be friends with the Facebook admin groups they belong to, or they can simply be fans of the Facebook page owner. Ultimately, the choice is up to the individual. Therefore, when you choose which Facebook page ownership you want to have, you should know who is ultimately in charge of the situation facebook when this happens it’s usually because of the owner.
One thing to keep in mind about Facebook page settings is that if you ever decide you would like to remove your account from Facebook altogether, you can do so. If you manage more than one Facebook page, however, you may not be able to make this happen. The Facebook Admin panel will only allow one person to remove a profile at a time. Therefore, if you have multiple profiles, you will need to make different Facebook Admin groups for each one.

For instance, if you have an admin group for your business page and a fan page, you cannot change the page owner anytime you want. Likewise, if you manage a fan page and an official page, you cannot change the page settings by yourself. The Facebook Admin panel must be involved in the process or you risk removing your profile by mistake. Therefore, if you want to change the page owner or alter any other Facebook setting, you need to be able to involve the Facebook Admin.
To do this, go to your News Feed section on the main menu and click on Privacy. On the left-hand side, there will be a link to open the Change Page Name button. Click it and choose the Add New Name.
